Oct 31 1943 Dear Ann, Sunday PM it is raining out sorta of a gloomy day only one thing good about it. It is pay day. So it sorta brightens things up.
I wrote a letter to Ben this morning. So you should get this about the same time. Only I send Ben’s Air mail. This I will send free. Write and let me know how much longer this took to get there. I sent you and Ben a little present. I would have send each separate but it would have been too much work, so I hope you don’t mind. I send it to Ben you can drop over there every so often and see if its there. Also your Xmas card is in it so don’t look for one in mail. I think it should get there in a month.
I guess I did forget to write and tell you that I got the three picture you sent me they were good. I didn’t get the picture you mentioned in your Vmail they should be here any day.
So far we haven’t had a frost yet. Althou it dose get plenty cool. Have you been reading about the MPs in the paper I read a very interesting article the other day. You know Jimmy Houseman is a MP so read up on it. This will be all for today. so good bye. From Felix
